Developed a design layout that met clients’ needs by repositioning the kitchen next to the living room and re-arranging interior room spaces. Work included running plumbing, and electrical connections from the basement three floors up.

FULL INTERIOR HOME REMODEL
+ Home Addition + Foundation Repairs

A complete renovation and redesign, Aedifex Integer created a contemporary feel to the house with foundation reinforcement and layout change.

WHERE

Bronx, NY

The Need

Home remodel and foundation repairs.

Work Done

We converted the heating system from oil to natural gas by installing a tankless combination boiler, this created space for an additional bedroom. Additionally, we relocated the bathroom and kitchen on the first floor, adding a bedroom and a total of two bathrooms. The exterior of the house was uplifted by demolishing the original poorly balanced stairs and building them from scratch including the landscaping around the stairs. We also installed a modern garage door and power-washed the entire brick structure for a bright, yet ageless look.
