Meet Our CEO
Julio Pineda
Julio has always been passionate about construction and has an eye for transforming underutilized or undervalued spaces into usable, beautifully designed, and well-integrated spaces.
After starting his career in 2005 installing professional security camera systems and video systems, he quickly realized that he had a vision for integrating technology seamlessly into any building. Julio also worked as a video system engineer in the telecommunications industry for many years. This role taught him the importance of adhering to schedules and making deadlines while respecting project dependencies to deliver projects on time and within budget. These professional skills continue to guide him in the management of all his projects to the overwhelming satisfaction of his clients.
With more than ten years of experience in the industry, Julio has gained a valuable understanding of the remodeling and construction process, taking into account his client’s needs, and delivering on-time quality work. He approaches each project, no matter the size, with a balance between innovative construction and finding efficiencies with the latest technology available.
